April showers brought a wave of new restaurants in May.
Many of those opened along the Delmar Loop and elsewhere in University City. They include Kishimoto Mendo, a ramen shop from Menya Rui chef and owner Steven Pursley. The new spot is twice the size of his tiny south St. Louis restaurant known for always having a line out of the door.
