ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man has been charged with shooting at a group of people in April.
Jonathan Hart, 23, is being charged with one count of unlawful use of a weapon, resulting in death or injury and one count of armed criminal action, according to court records.
Documents state Hart was seen on surveillance video on April 4, 2026, firing rounds from a Dodge Charger at a group of people on the 1900 block of Locust.
Hart’s identification was found inside the Charger when it was located and searched…
