EDWARDSVILLE — A Collinsville man and a St. Louis woman were charged out of Madison County last week with health insurance fraud.
The suspects, a 59-year-old Collinsville man and a 60-year-old St. Louis woman, were each charged June 16 with managed health care fraud and two counts of theft, all Class 1 felonies; conspiracy to commit theft, both Class 2 felonies; and forgery, both Class 3 felonies.
