ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man is being charged with the killing of Laron Thomas,31, who was found shot inside Fairgrounds Park on June 1.
Charles Guice, 30, is being charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.
