Tax abatements could bring a new development to the Manchester Road corridor in Brentwood in the form of a multi-story, self-storage facility with retail storefronts on the ground level, following an agreement approved at a recent city meeting.
The agreement between the city and Extra Space of Brentwood MO, which was unanimously approved at the June 15 board of aldermen meeting, outlines terms for the issuance of Chapter 100 industrial bonds to help fund the project.
