Woman charged in deadly hit-and-run of cyclist

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A woman has been charged in the deadly hit-and-run of a cyclist that occurred on April 30.

Eisha Graden is being charged with one count of second-degree manslaughter, one count of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and one count of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

The cyclist who died as a result of the hit-and-run was identified as Mark Ryan, 67.
