ST. LOUIS – An 11-year-old boy, charged in the shooting death of an infant girl last week in north St. Louis, will be placed in a state facility for mental health treatment.
On Wednesday, the Missouri Juvenile Courts ordered for the boy to be placed into the custody of the Missouri Children’s Division, where he will be supervised and receive treatment at a secured residential facility.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. Friday in the 8400 block of North Broadway, located in the city’s Baden neighborhood. Police say Kiyomi Parker, who was 7 months old, was shot to death…
