PONTOON BEACH, Ill. – Officials say they are making “significant progress” in their investigation into the death of a man over the weekend in Illinois.
Police were called to the 4000 block of Pontoon Rd. just before 3:15 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, they found a man shot several times. He was transported to the hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
