ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man died after being struck by a trailer in south St. Louis on Friday afternoon.
Police said their call notes show that a man was struck by a trailer in the 4100 block of South First Street before 1 p.m. The address is near the Waste Management-Gasconade Transfer Station.
