ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – As the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate a shootout between contractors that led to the death of one man, First Alert 4 looked into the legalities of bringing a gun inside somebody’s home.
Police said two men working in and around a home on Juniata Street shot at each other Thursday. One man, Alvaro Perez Vargas, was killed.
