ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A mass-casualty incident was declared on Sunday after a crash outside Belleville that left nine people injured, including several minors.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Illinois 15 and South 11th Street at 7:30 p.m., according to Illinois State Police.
