ST. LOUIS – An East St. Louis, Illinois, man appeared in St. Louis Circuit Court Monday afternoon for his role in a shootout near a Downtown West restaurant.
The shooting happened March 15 near the Marquee Restaurant & Lounge in the 1900 block of Locust Street.
