ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A Bevo Mill resident says he found nearly a dozen prescription pill bottles, what appeared to be medical tests and supplies — most labeled biohazard — and sheets of people’s personal information inside his neighborhood dumpster.
Robert, who discovered the items, said he put on gloves before showing a reporter the contents of the dumpster.
