ST. LOUIS – A St. Charles woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated during a St. Louis crash that killed a Washington University student and injured three others last month.
On Wednesday, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Lilly Belfield, 22, with DWI (resulting in death), first-degree involuntary manslaughter and three counts of second-degree assault.
