EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – State and local police are investigating after a deadly shooting Wednesday evening in East St. Louis. According to a news release from the Illinois State Police, the shooting happened at about 5:55 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of North 75th Street and Eureka Avenue. The release said a man was found shot to death.
