ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in South City on Wednesday night.
Officers say a 20-year-old man was shot and killed in the 6600 block of Arsenal, which is near the border of the Clifton Heights and Lindenwood Park neighborhoods, around 8:45 p.m.
