ST. LOUIS – As demolition of the 28-story Millennium Hotel tower along the St. Louis skyline is set to begin this spring, we’re learning new details about the plans to replace the long-abandoned property.
The hotel, which sits just steps away from the Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium, closed back in 2014. It sat vacant for more than a decade.
