ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is charged with participating in an attempted street takeover and driving with a modified handgun in his vehicle.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the takeover happened Sunday evening in the 3700 block of Natural Bridge Avenue near Fairground Park.
Police responded to calls reporting a street takeover in that area. When they arrived, several vehicles involved fled, including a black Chevy Malibu.
