Man charged after multi-state crime spree

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A St. Louis man is charged after a “crime spree” in both Missouri and Illinois.

Jesse Williams, 35, of St. Louis, has been charged with armed robbery, unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, attempted burglary, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and criminal damage to property. The charges come a day after what officials are calling a “bi-state crime spree.”
