Interruption Public House & Brewery (330 Sonderen) is preparing to open in the former Good News Brewing space in O’Fallon, Missouri.
“We’re working hard to finalize the menu, hire staff, get a bunch of little things completed, and we’re waiting on one more permit,” says Interruption Brewing co-owner Donnie Cochran. “We’re so mentally ready to open.”
An official opening date has not been set, but Cochran says the brewery expects to begin with a soft opening in May…
