Westport Pools, LLC, has filed suit against the city of Webster Groves for a breach of contract regarding construction of the new Webster Groves Water Park, which opened Memorial Day weekend in 2025.
The lawsuit, filed by the Behr, McCarter & Neely Group of Clayton, is requesting a $636,235.38 payment from the city of Webster Groves, plus interest at 1.5% per month, along with costs and attorney fees.
The city of Webster Groves said in a statement that while it normally would not comment on pending litigation, the city wants residents to know it has “zealously guarded their tax dollars and insisted that Westport Pools, LLC, abide by its contractual obligations.”…
