ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office will not file criminal charges in connection with the fatal stabbing that happened at Busch Stadium early Monday morning.
The Office said it does not disclose the reasons for declining charges, and said it also wouldn’t in this case.
“Our attorneys carefully review the facts and evidence in each case and make charging decisions based on the law and the facts,” the Office said in a statement to 5 On Your Side. “Homicide investigations often involve complex legal questions, including issues related to self-defense. We extend our deepest condolences to the family of 27-year-old Arrin Jones, who lost his life in this incident.”…
