EDWARDVILLE — An 18-year-old Dupo man was charged April 30 with two counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer, both Class 4 felonies; and driving while license revoked, a Class A misdemeanor.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Department presented the case.
According to court documents, on April 29, the suspect allegedly fled from an Alton police officer and a Madison County Sheriff’s Deputy, reaching speeds in excess of 21 miles per hour above the speed limit in both cases, and was operating a Ford Mustang on Belle Street, Alton, with a revoked driver’s license…
