Argument over duct tape leads to shooting in West End neighborhood: Police

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man was arraigned Tuesday morning for attacking two men with a gun last month in the city’s West End neighborhood.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the attack unfolded on April 9 in the 1200 block of Oak Court.
