ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A new Target location on Olive brought excitement for University City shoppers who now have another option close to home.
“We needed a target here, and we’re up and coming, so why not?” one shopper said.
Another shopper said the store is convenient because they live around the corner. A third shopper said the location is less than five minutes away.
