An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent charged in connection with a man’s shooting in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge has been arrested in Texas.
The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office confirmed that Christian Castro, 52, was located in Texas by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), with investigators traveling to the state this week.
