A second Parcelle location has opened its doors.
The organic cafe first opened in Northeast Minneapolis in early 2024. Now, another is open on the first floor of LaSalle Plaza in downtown Minneapolis.
Owner Kamal Mohammed appears to be betting on downtown, having recently opened a sandwich shop, PaperBoy, in the skyway.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert jumped in as an investor in the health-conscious brand as the company also shared plans for Parcelle locations in Wayzata (641 Lake St. E) and the North Loop (208 N 1st St.)…
