A suspect in a reported Brooklyn Park assault was taken into custody after a police pursuit ended in a “high-risk arrest” Friday night.
According to an alert from the Brooklyn Park Police Department, officers were called to the 3100 block of Brookdale Drive North at around 9:15 p.m. after a witness reported seeing a man punching a woman inside a vehicle.
Police located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but the suspect fled with the victim still inside…
