Jury convicts man of murder in St. Paul road rage shooting

A jury on Monday convicted a man on all counts for his role in a murder that stemmed from a road rage confrontation in St. Paul.

Ian Loi Bursey, 27, was found guilty of two counts of second-degree murder and one count of drive-by shooting at an occupied vehicle for the killing of 26-year-old Tajai Evans on Sept. 16, 2024.
