OLDSMAR, Fla. (WFLA) — A driver has been arrested in connection with an April 30 crash that left a 6-year-old girl dead, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.
Jayanna Clark, 27, was taken into custody on Thursday for one count of vehicular homicide and two counts of child neglect, according to authorities.

Investigators said Clark had two children, a 6-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy, in her Nissan Altima when they got into a crash at the intersection of Tampa Road and St. Petersburg Drive.
Clark was heading eastbound on Tampa Road, while another driver, a 52-year-old woman in a Tesla Model 3, was facing westbound in the turn lane on Tampa Road to go south onto St. Petersburg Drive.
