St. Petersburg Distillery is taking three favorites from its new 31 South Speakeasy beyond the bar with the launch of its first ready-to-pour bottled cocktail collection. The new 31 South line debuts with an Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned and Maple Old Fashioned, each handcrafted in small batches with the distillery’s award-winning spirits and premium ingredients.
Available exclusively at the St. Petersburg Distillery Welcome Salon, each 750 mL bottle is priced at $35 and yields seven to eight cocktails. Three additional varieties, including a Lemon Drop Martini, Matcha Martini and Hibiscus Gimlet, are planned by the end of the year.
“31 South has given us a place to experiment with cocktails that showcase our spirits in completely different ways, and guests quickly developed favorites,” said Clara Robbins, Master Distiller of St. Petersburg Distillery. “The bottled collection lets us take some of that experience beyond the speakeasy. You can pour a great cocktail at home without measuring ingredients or pulling out a shaker because we’ve already done that work behind the bar.”…
