TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Hillsborough County unveiled its latest monument in Veterans Memorial Park Saturday morning, honoring the legacy and sacrifice of Buffalo Soldiers.
“I would not be here if it wasn’t for the Buffalo Soldiers, and to honor their memory, honor their sacrifice like this – this is huge,” said Michael Clark, a veteran and the president of BLK OPS, a veterans’ organization.
