Thursday will see mostly sunny skies early on, reaching a high near 93 degrees before scattered showers and thunderstorms build, becoming likely after 4 p.m. Light east-southeast winds will shift south-southwest at around 6 mph in the afternoon.
High humidity will push heat index values up to 104 degrees. Rain chances sit at 60%, with most areas picking up less than a tenth of an inch of rain outside of heavier downpours in thunderstorms.
