A good celebration is often remembered for the people gathered around the table, the stories shared and the little details that make the occasion feel personal. For Jeremy Purvin, those details have become part of a mobile bar business inspired by someone who helped shape the way he sees hospitality.
Florence & Co. Mobile Bar was created in 2024 and named for Purvin’s grandmother, Linda “Florence,” whose warmth, generosity and compassion continue to influence the business. The St. Petersburg-based company brings its bar setup to weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings and other events throughout Tampa Bay and beyond.
The idea was also influenced by his mother-in-law, Donna. Together, those family connections helped inspire a business built around more than serving drinks. For Purvin, the goal is to create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and celebrated.
“Every bar and event is crafted with thought and detail,” he explains.
That attention begins with the bars themselves, which Purvin handcrafts. The drink menu is equally personal, with offerings that can include house-made syrups, fresh juices, premium garnishes and cocktails created specifically for an event.
