PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFTS) – A group of neighbors helped free a dolphin from a net that was banned from Florida’s waters nearly three decades ago. Kandra Covert was walking her dog in her Pinellas County neighborhood when she heard a dolphin under her neighbor’s dock. The dolphin was there for a while, and it was making a lot of noise.
