Tennis legend Mike Bryan is selling his St. Pete Beach home for $2.5 million

Former tennis pro Mike Bryan, half of one of the greatest doubles pairs of all time, is putting his waterfront home on the market in St. Pete Beach.

Located at 151 Punta Vista Dr., Bryan purchased the 2,182-square-foot home in 2024 through an LLC for $1.9 million, according to property records. Designed and completed in 1991 by architect Eric Lindstrom, Bryan and his wife, Nadia, spent roughly $300,000 renovating the property, which now comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a nine-person hot tub, a red light therapy, a deepwater dock and more, says the listing.

Bryan, who retired with his doubles partner and twin brother Bob in 2020, is considered to be one of the greatest doubles tennis players to ever do it.
