The longtime residence of musician Chick Corea, in the North Largo neighborhood of Clearwater, has entered the market with an asking price of $2.5 million. Located at 2124 Laurence Drive, it features 8,684 square feet of living space across three floors.

Corea, a legendary jazz and Latin fusion pianist and composer, NEA Jazz Master and 27-time Grammy winner, passed away from cancer in 2021 at the age of 79. He owned the home with his second wife, keyboardist and songwriter Gayle Moran.

Inside are five bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and one half-bath. The main level features a large foyer that leads to a great room with vaulted cathedral ceilings and a brick fireplace.
