TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Hisham Abugharbieh, 26, the suspect who was arrested on Friday in connection with two missing University of South Florida students, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office announced the new development early Saturday morning, a few hours before Abugharbieh is set to make his first appearance in court.
