Four high schools in Salem-Keizer Public Schools will have new principals beginning July 1, district officials announced.
Here are the changes.
Mari Vásquez will be principal at McKay High School
At McKay High School, Mari Vásquez will replace Ranae Quiring, who has been principal since 2021. Quiring will move to a position as principal on special assignment supporting the discipline office.
Vásquez was an educator in Salem-Keizer for 10 years before working as an assistant principal for three years in another school district. She has been an assistant principal at McKay for the past four years.
Brad Shreve will be principal at McNary High School
