PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A series of unsettling encounters reported online has Salem police urging anyone with information to come forward as investigators look into reports of a man approaching women and girls from a car.
On Saturday, just after 11:30 a.m., Salem police said a man driving a white Toyota Corolla reportedly asked a woman if she wanted to get into the car near Center Street and 25th Street NE.
