The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department’s Whale Watching Center and viewing area in Depot Bay will be closed for repairs as soon as Aug. 1.
Completing the essential construction on the roof during the summer reduces the risk of weather-related delays and protects contractor safety, said OPRD.
