SALEM, Ore. — An early-morning traffic stop north of Salem led to a DUII arrest Thursday morning, after Oregon State Police (OSP) said a driver showed signs of impairment and had multiple open containers inside the vehicle.
According to state police, a recruit trooper stopped the vehicle around 2 a.m. on Highway 99E.
