Wanted Suspect Arrested After Fleeing Stayton Residence

STAYTON, Ore. — Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a wanted suspect Wednesday after the individual fled from a residence in Stayton and was apprehended several blocks away.

Deputies were searching for the suspect at a residence in the 400 block of W. Locust Street when they established a law enforcement presence in the area. As deputies set up, the suspect fled the residence.
