DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. — An 80-year-old Independence man was killed late Monday night in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 in Douglas County, Oregon State Police said.
Troopers responded at about 11:47 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, to a fatal crash on I-5 northbound near milepost 138.
