Woodburn Police officers continue to investigate a shooting incident involving several juveniles that left one hospitalized in stable condition.
Police spokesman Tommy Moore said the incident took place near the 7-Eleven convenience story Hwy. 99E at around 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9.
Moore said several juveniles reportedly got into an altercation in the parking lot at the store, and one juvenile took out a gun and shot the victim in the stomach before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
Details on the suspects and vehicle are unknown at this time, and police request that anyone with information related to this incident should contact the Woodburn Police Department at 503-982-2345.
