A man from Colombia who led a crew referred to as the “Skyline 7” pleaded guilty in federal court on March 31 to burglary of Asian American business owners in Oregon and Washington, including a home in Salem.
Jhon Alexander Quintero, 45, and six associates targeted homes while they stayed in short-term rentals and surveilled potential targets, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
