SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – A Marion County judge sentenced a man to 25 years in prison after he lured an 11-year-old girl from her Salem home and attempted to rape her.
Elijah G. Arce, 49, was found guilty on charges of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree sexual abuse, attempted first-degree rape and attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine on April 2.
