A 55-year-old Corvallis resident was killed early this morning after being struck by a vehicle on SE 3rd Street.
Officers with the Corvallis Police Department responded at about 3:30 a.m. to a fatal traffic crash on SE 3rd Street near SE Chapman Place. Police said the person was struck and killed by a northbound vehicle.
The roadway was closed for several hours while investigators processed the scene and was expected to reopen within the hour…
