Salem Police issued a total of 9,482 red light citations and 9,119 speeding citations from the city’s traffic cameras, with the intersection of Commercial Street SE and Madrona Avenue SE seeing the most speeding violations and Kuebler Boulevard and Commercial Street SE the most red light violations.
