Man reported missing in 2025 identified as body found in Willamette River

BENTON COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A body pulled from the Willamette River near Harrisburg has been identified as a missing man, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office said the body was found along the west bank of the Willamette River by a kayaker on May 19, just after 2 p.m., near river mile 159.

The body was identified as 62-year-old Wade Felton Lloyd, of Junction City. According to the sheriff’s office, Lloyd had previously been reported missing on Nov. 20, 2025.

In a Facebook post from the Junction City Police Department, Lloyd was last seen on Nov. 16 in the area of Birch Street and 2nd Avenue in Junction City. His only transportation was an older motorized bicycle, which was also missing…
